You have referred 20 dealers and you placed 10 under your Team A and another 10 under your Team B. This means that you received 10 pairs, so you will get an additional ₱5,000 from your pairing bonus on top of the ₱10,000 that you’ve received from your direct referral bonus; that is the income that you will make if you are going to work on 1BRO Global alone.

1BRO will give you an additional ₱500 for every pair that you have in your team.

The tricky part in the pairing bonus of 1BRO Global Inc. is that you will be able to get it regardless of who referred the new dealer for as long they fall under your Team A and Team B. So if for example, you’ve referred 20 people and each of them were able to refer 2 new dealers each. That’s an additional 40 new dealers under your team, giving you an additional ₱20,000. Now the question is what did you do when the new dealers join 1BRO Global? What if those 40 new dealers referred 2 new dealers each? How much would you make without even doing anything? ₱40,000!

COMPARISON: PYRAMIDING AND PAIRING BONUS OF 1BRO GLOBAL INC.

6th way to earn 1bro compensation plan leadership overriding bonus

1BRO Global Inc. will give you 10% of your direct referrals’ earnings from pairing bonus if you refer a dealer in 1 month.

The fifth way to make money with 1BRO Global is called the pairing bonus, but in more general MLM terms, it is called “Binary Compensation”, which will compensate you if – and only if – you have two legs working together. However, there’s a problem with this kind of compensation, which is the reason why there are a lot of people who are having problems in making money with 1BRO. The leadership overriding bonus of 1BRO states that you will get 10% of all your direct referrals’ earnings from the pairing bonus. Sample Computation Using the Power of 5

• In your 1st level, you were able to refer 5 new dealers so you made₱2,500 (₱500 direct referral bonus x 5)
• In your 2nd level, your 5 dealers referred 5 new dealers each, giving you₱625 (5 x 5 x ₱25)
• In your 3rd level, your new dealers also referred 5 new dealers each so you’ll get ₱3,125 (25 x 5 x ₱25)
• For your 4th level, the new dealers under your team referred 5 news dealers, giving you ₱15,625 (625 x 5 x ₱25)
• In your 5th level, you’ve made ₱78,125 because your 4th level dealers referred 5 new dealers each (3,125 x 5 x ₱25)
• Your 6th level dealers referred 5 new dealers each, and you made₱390,625 (15,625 x 5 x ₱25)
• Your first million will come at your 7th level, because each of them referred 5 new dealers each. That’s ₱1,953,125 (78,125 x 5 x ₱25)
